Return Policy

Buoy Boots is committed to making each customer happy.  As a small business, we will work to provide the best possible customer service to all customers. 

Products may be returned or refunded if the issue is reported to us 1) within 30 days of delivery, and 2) prior to the consumer using our products. Any product that has been delivered for more than 30 days is in no way eligible for a return or refund.
