Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To start a return, you can contact us at buoybootco@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we offer a return label you can print from your computer and attach to the return package. The use of Buoy Boots return label is $10.00 and will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
Re-pack the item(s) along with your receipt or Proof of Purchase (must include name and order number). Affix a return label to the box. Be sure to cover or remove any previous labels.
If using the Buoy Boots return label, drop your return at any UPS location. Otherwise, please take your package to the carrier of your choice, in which case you will be responsible to pay for all applicable shipping fees.
If you choose to ship without using the Buoy Boots return label, please return the merchandise to the following address:
